| 32 Tips For Beauty Women |
32 Tips for Beauty Wisdom Bharti Vyas, holistic beauty therapist to the stars distils her own brand of precious beauty wisdom based on the principles of Ayurvedic healing and over 25 years of experience in the beauty world Tips for Beauty Wisdom is published by Vermillion books priced £8.99
1. To cleanse your nose properly, you need to cover the sides, stem, grooves and tip. If the skin on your nose is oily or congested, wrap a flannel around your index finger, lubricate it with a mild soap, oatmeal scrub or a mild commercial exfoliant and, using small circular movements, go over the entire nose twice.
2. One of the oldest and gentlest methods of cleansing the skin is oil; it is particularly good for mature skins. Apply a light film of almond or sunflower oil all over your neck and face (including your eyelids) and rub in gently. Leave for up to a minute and remove with dampened cotton wool or a facial sponge.
3. The tendency to over-moisturise undermines the skin's capacity to keep itself taut. Allow yourself to be guided by the changing condition of your skin - and don't be frightened to leave it bare occasionally.
4. Get into the habit of applying oil or cream to slightly damp skin - night and morning - as this helps to 'lock in' valuable extra moisture.
5. Take care not to pull or drag the skin around the eyes when applying or removing make-up as this can hasten the arrival of premature wrinkles.
6. To keep your eyes white and bright, apply cold milk to your eyelids with cotton wool each morning like a toner.
7. Never use a toner on the eyes: simply splash your eyes with cold water after cleansing, which will also invigorate the circulation.
8. Don't fall into the trap of slathering your eyes with a super-rich cream to replace lost moisture and restore suppleness, as this will simply overtax the delicate eye tissue and do nothing to enhance your eyes.
9. To boost the circulation and lift dead skin, massage your lips from time to time with a soft toothbrush.
10. Invigorate your gums with a salt rub, which will leave your mouth feeling thoroughly refreshed.
11. By massaging along your jawline, you can prevent stagnation occurring and release a lot of the tension held in this part of the face, which can otherwise lead to headaches and dental problems.
12. Cleanse your neck night and morning in the same way as your face, starting at the collarbones and working up to the jawline.
13. Apply a rich moisturising cream to your neck at night, and a moisturiser combined with sunscreen during the day. Do not forget to include the sides of your neck and the area around your collarbones.

| Hair Care Daiy For Tips |

Regular Care Of Hair:
Taking care of hair is in fact much the same as taking care of skin.An effective hair care discipline involves cleansing, toning and conditioning routines carried out with religious regularity.
1.Care Of Oily Hair And Scalp Condition: The principle of care for oily hair and scalp condition is the same as used for oily skin condition. The routine aims at removing the excess oil and to exfoliate skin cells which clogs up and suffocate the hair follicles in our scalp. The emphasis is laid on cleansing and toning routines.Since the hair has to be washed as frequently as it gets dirty and oily, a natural shampoo on a formulation of herbs such as amla, shikakai, trijla is ideal.Massaging hair and scalp is important for the well being as well as good growth of the hair. For dry hair, scalp massaging with oil is recommended. For oily hair massaging with toning lotion is suitable.
Home-made Cosmetics For Oily Hair: A.Take some dry soap nuts(reetha) and soak them in water overnight.Mash them in the morning and strain the soapy solution.Add a tsp of shikakai powder and wash your hair. If you are unable to make the shampoo cleanser at home, use this infusion recipe.Prepare it and mix in the shampoo you use. B.To make the infusion, boil two handful of mint leaves in one and a half glass of water for 20 minutes.Strain the solution and mix in a 300ml bottle of shampoo.
Toning Lotion For Oily Hair: Mix a tbsp of Malt Vinegar in a glass of water.Add a pinch of salt in it.Use 2 tbsps of it on your scalp and massage it with your finger tips twice a week.Leave the lotion on for one hour.Rinse with cool water, brush and set your hair.
2.Care For Dry Hair: Dry hair tends to be thin and rough. It is susceptible to tangles, damage, breakage and split ends. The primary aim is to replenish the oil and the moisture in the hair.
Home-made Cosmetic Care For Dry Hair: Below are given few natural recipes that are time-tested.
The Gentle Cleanser: Beat an egg in a cup of the skimmed milk. When the foam becomes consistent, rub it into the scalp.Leave it on for 5 minutes.Rinse the hair thoroughly with water.Carry out this routine twice a week.
The Protein Conditioner: Beat one tbsp of castor oil, one tbsp of glycerine, one tbsp of cider vinegar and a tsp of mild herbal shampoo.Apply it on scalp and leave it on for 20 minutes.Rinse with clear water.
A Special Massage Oil Toner Buy a bottle of castor oil or coconut oil.Add a tsp of lavender essential oil in it.Heat a little and massage it gently on your scalp at night.Rinse or shampoo it out in the morning.Follow this routine at least twice a week.

| Weightloss Plan |
With so many diet and exercise programs out there it can be difficult to decide on the best weightloss plan to use. Choosing a weight ....... reduction program is no easy task but you can make a reasonable selection if you consider your goals and your lifestyle before jumping into what you may think is the best weight loss plan for you.
First of all you need to consider the core of your weight problem. Do you want to drop ten or twenty pounds? Are you fighting a life-long obesity problem? Is your weight associated with a recent pregnancy? Does depression or mood adversely affect your weight? In order to find the best weightloss program, it is crucial that you consider the source of your problem.
Depression is a serious matter. Rather than trying to find the best weightloss strategies to use a person who is depressed is better suited to research his mood condition. This individual may find that once the depression is treated, the pounds melt away. Treating the depression itself is often the best weightloss plan available.
A person who wants to drop some vanity pounds after giving birth would want to take a very different approach than someone who needs to lose a lot of weight that she has been carrying around for years and years. The best weightlosss program for one person may not be the best for another. The new mom could benefit from taking on a trendy six-week fat burning exercise program while the lifelong obese problem will need medical intervention.
Speaking of medical intervention, make sure that you talk to your doctor about the best weightloss program for you. You can save a lot of time and effort by simply asking your physician about which program would be best for you. Your doctor can help you start off in the right direction.
You doctor can also suggest whether you should start and exercise program. The best weightloss strategy for many individuals is to simply start a reasonable exercise routine. You may find that you don’t really need to diet as long as you increase your activity.
Others would not benefit from the exercise approach. Some people are not healthy enough to engage in many exercise routines while others can injure themselves if they engage in rigorous activity. It is always a good idea to talk to your doctor about the best weightloss program for your needs and lifestyle.

| Celebrity Makeup Secrets: How To Get Your Best Look Ever With Celebrity Tips And Products! |
Why does celebrity makeup always look so perfect? Celebrity makeup artists have tons of tips and techniques for applying makeup that most people never heard of! Want to be one of the few in-the-know? We’ve gathered some great ones for you right here! Here you will learn some great makeup application secrets to get your most flattering eyes, eyelashes, eyebrows, concealer, foundation, blush and lips ever! Celebrity Eyes: Makeup artists have many tricks up their sleeves to make celebrities’ eyes pop! They first put an eye shadow primer or some foundation on the eyelids, so that the eye shadow has something to hold onto. For eye shadow colors, they’ll select three shades which are variations on the same color (i.e. light green, medium green, and dark green), or in the same neutral color family (i.e. beige, brown, and dark brown). They will put the lightest color on the brow bone, the medium color on the lid, and the darkest color in the crease. This will emphasize the shape of the eyes and make them stand out! Other tricks for glammed-up, red carpet eyes include lining the lower inner rim of the eyes with a white pencil to make them appear bigger and applying shimmery clear lip gloss to the top eyelids to make eyes sparkle. Celebrity makeup artists also apply shimmer powder under the brow bone to draw more attention to the eye area and they always smude eyeliner with a Q-tip to make it look less severe or smokier. To create cat-eyes (like Brigitte Bardot in the sixties or Pamela Anderson today), celebrity makeup artists use dark brown or black eyeliner to exaggerate the end of the eye so it turns up slightly. If you decide to go this route, remember that smudging is the key to perfecting this look! Celebrity Eyelashes: Celebrity makeup artists also have many secrets for eyelashes! They always curl eyelashes first to maximize length and curl. They then dust them with powder which makes the eyelashes look much thicker after the mascara is applied! Celebrity makeup artists will often use two coats of mascara, the first will be a lengthening or separating formula, and the second, a thickening formula, to max out eyelash potential! Mascara clumps are combed out between coats. For special occasions celebrities may use false eyelashes (their secret is dark eyelash glue) or may have eyelash extensions applied which are semi-permanent variations. Celebrity Eyebrows: Celebrity makeup artists know that enhancing the shape of the eyebrows is one of the most dramatic ways to improve a celebrity’s appearance. Celebrity makeup artists use Treezerman brand tweezers most often to shape eyebrows. They tweeze the hairs under the arch of the eyebrow to further emphasize it and pluck away any strays. Eyebrows are filled in with the feathery strokes of an eyebrow pencil in either “blonde “or “taupe” for blondes, “auburn” for redheads, and light brown or medium brown for brunettes. Only black-haired gals should fill in their eyebrows with a “dark brown” eyebrow pencil” and nobody should use a black eyebrow pencil as it looks too severe. A secret weapon of celebrity makeup artists is brow sealant, which keeps this brow look in shape all day. Celebrity Concealer: Amazing Concealer by Amazing Cosmetics is favored by many celebrity makeup artists. Concealer is usually applied with an eye shadow brush. It is applied in thin layers which are “built up” until the blemish is covered. Concealer typically is applied before foundation. For really red blemishes, makeup artists often use a green concealer first which tones the redness down under foundation. Celebrity Foundation: Laura Mercier Foundation is very popular with celebrities. Foundation is usually applied by celebrity makeup artists with a sponge for the most natural looking coverage. Celebrity makeup artists use a foundation primer which is worn between your moisturizer and your foundation. This product refines the skin and helps foundation stay in place all day. If you can’t spring just yet for celebrity products, try Revlon’s Color Stay Foundation with Soft-flex, which stays in place all day and comes in an extensive variety of shades. Celebrity Powder: Celebrity makeup artists almost always use loose powder in a translucent or skin matching shade. They will apply it with a puff and then dust it away with a big brush, or will apply it with the big brush, being sure to shake off any excess first. Then the celebrity will carry around a pressed powder or blotting papers in her evening bag for touch ups. Some celebrities skip powder all together for their dry skinned clients. Powder is great for keeping foundation in place for the longest period of time, however. Celebrity Blush: Nars and Stila blushes are very popular with celebrity makeup artists. While these are powder blushes, there are other makeup artists who prefer gel blush because of the dewy, healthy glow it imparts. Blush is never applied with anything but a big, fluffy brush. It is applied on the apples of the cheeks in circles, or is swept from the apples to the hair line. Shimmery blushes like Nars blush in Torrid can make the cheeks appear to be glowing, according to celebrity fans. Celebrity Lips: MAC lipliner in Spice is the shade thought to most closely resemble natural lip color for most people and is a favorite of celebrity makeup artists. Celebrities often use lip-plumping products like City Lips and LipFusion which have both won awards from Good Housekeeping! Lip gloss is applied at least to the center of the bottom lip to make it look fuller. |

| Beauty And Women |
I often observe young girls in the street. Their outfits reveal the importance fashion plays in their lives. If this autumn short skirts are in, they’re in. We’ll see girls wearing skirts that hardly cover their bums and uncover their slender or plump legs to the judgment of the passers by. The danger of catching cold in winter is the last thing they worry about! Let alone the belly buttons and slim waists unveiled in autumn and winter, which can result in kidney and bladder diseases. This is how young girls affected by the fashion cult sacrifice their health and turn into a flock of locked up canaries, all looking the same. No sign of individuality! However, the syndrome of assimilation is not the worst. The tall, slender teenager still rules the contemporary fashion world and the whole of the fashion industry is dedicated to her. I often read the magazine People. There’s hardly any edition without a photograph of Nicole Richie, who is the beauty ideal for many teenage girls. Again, people have different tastes. I see a sad, exhausted woman on the brink of dystrophy. This is the result of the fashion cult. In their search for perfection, often already slim women try to bring their weight even lower by going to the gym, dieting and taking respective medication. You see, you’re only charming and pretty, if you fit into size S clothes, which assures the access to the category of beautiful people, even if it comes at the price of your health. Human body structure is determined by numerous factors such as genetic sequence, life style, diet and personality. The body changes with age too. There are many adult women of normal size. Sadly, there are a lot fewer designers who are interested in their needs. Is it true that all these women can do in a fashionable clothes shop is get disappointed. The skirt or jacket they really like is always too small. The advantage of an adult woman is that she soon realises that it is not her size that’s out of standard, but rather the sizes of the clothes. Thus, she will look for solutions at the designer shops that offer original clothes of all sizes rather than trouble themselves with diets in order to fit into size L clothes that she wore ten years ago! I always admire girls wearing several layers of clothes with lank laps. They are often art students or simply creative personalities. It is a welcome choice, as they at least look original. Their clothes are often self-made; they are usually wearing simple, hand made but innovative accessories that could make many jewellery designers jealous. This is the phase of the creative quest for identity that helps develop a subtle style. Surely, women and girls belonging to this category do not necessarily meet the contemporary fashion standards. They are inventive, stylish and elegant people who in their own search for perfection and beauty ideal have learnt to respect their body and their confidence surpasses the often false charms of fashion. |

| Natural Skin Care |
There are a lot of good reasons to make your own skin care products. Many people are opting for a natural approach to lifestyle, from dietary choices to skin care products. By making your own treatments, you can be sure of exactly what goes into them. Some of you may have had an allergic reaction to many commercial products and seek natural skin care products out of necessity. Maybe you feel that commercial skin care products are too expensive and you just don't want to pay high prices. A healthy diet is also essential to radiant skin. Eating fruits and vegetables everyday is very important. If you don't like fruits or vegetables, experiment with them until you find something you do like. Healthy skin is a result of many factors: a healthy diet, plenty of exercise, good skin care practices and a positive, relaxed mental attitude. Water is also crucial for healthy skin, keeping it soft and supple. Many of the natural skin care recipes include water to cleanse the skin externally; but it is even more beneficial when consumed internally. Doctors recommend drinking 8-ounce glasses of water each day, and more when you are sick or out in the sun or heat. You will get much better results from your skin care treatments if you consume the recommended amounts of water. Another way to help hydrate the skin and receive vitamins and minerals is by drinking herbal tea. They are easy to make and there are a number of different teas to choose from. Do some tea tasting to see which herbs you like best, and try combining several. Mixing herbal tea with fruit juice is a great way to get natural sweetness and the benefits of the herbs at the same time. Some Herbs for the Skin and Hair: Black alder (for skin eruptions) Bergamot tea (cleanses the system) Burdock Dandelion Horsetail Nettles Oat straw Sarsaparilla Stevia Yellow dock Regular exercise promotes good blood circulation, which in turn helps maintain healthy skin. Try to find a form of exercise that you enjoy and make it a part of your daily routine. Exercise also helps relieve stress and promotes a healthy mental attitude, another element in achieving healthy radiant skin. Relaxation is the key to getting the most these herbal treatments. |
